The BUILD/YouthBuild Indy construction workforce and education training program provides classroom, basic construction and on the job training to young people ages 16-24 in Indianapolis, with a specific focus on the Near Westside. The target population includes young adults who have not completed high school, Justice Involved youth, formerly incarcerated individuals and those who are under and unemployed.
